About the role
We are looking for an experienced Administrator, to join our dynamic Human Resources team in Cambridge. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to take the next step in their career and an excellent opportunity to join a dedicated and fun team, and gain exposure to a variety of HR areas. Experience working within an HR team is not essential, however proven experience in administration is desirable.
This position is being offered as a part-time role, requiring 15 hours per week, over 2 or 3 days and we are happy to discuss this.
As a HR Administrator at Tees some of your duties will include:
- Providing day to day HR administrative support for the HR function
- Playing a key role in the processing of onboarding and offboarding
- Dealing with requests for information
- Dealing with first line HR queries
- Ability to work in a planned and organised way along with the ability to multitask and manage a variety of requests at one time
