About the role

We have a new and exciting role for a New Enquiries Coordinator, to join our dynamic Private Client team in Bishop's Stortford. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to take the next step in their career whilst providing an exceptional service and vital first impression to the firm.

What this role would include

  • Managing professionally and within agreed service levels all incoming telephone and email enquiries to the Private Client teams.
  • Speaking with clients to obtain a thorough understanding of their requirements and ensuring a smooth transition into our services.
  • Establishing a thorough knowledge of the Private Client legal services we provide and collaborate with departments to ensure timely delivery of our services.
  • Accurately preparing clients initial paperwork and documentation.
  • Proactively developing and improving the new client onboarding function by providing feedback to the Client Services Manager.

What we are looking for

  • Experienced customer service background; confident telephone manner and able to handle a high volume of calls.
  • Ability to multi-task and work methodically managing own time effectively.
  • Demonstrates a commitment to the highest level of client service with a strong administration background and attention to detail.
  • To proactively build relationships with managers, staff and clients.
