About the role
We are looking for an Administration Coordinator - Legal (Client Care Leader) to join our dynamic Employment and Company Commercial teams in Bishop's Stortford. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to take the next step in their career, working on legal matters within a reputable and growing firm.
What this role would include
- Supporting the Client Care Manager in providing exceptional and proactive administrative support.
- Checking, amending and format letters and other documents produced by the Document Production team. Compiling urgent and confidential correspondence and emails on behalf of the legal advisors.
- Establishing and understanding of client matters and confidently handle client enquiry calls, questions and queries effectively.
- Providing additional support functions to the Employment and Company Commercial teams including scanning, filing, and carrying out searches within the internal case management systems.
