Requirements
Academics: 3 A Levels (ABB or equivalent) and 2:1 or above at degree level (or be on track to achieve these grades at degree level, if not yet attained).
Interpersonal skills: Tees looks for motivated, interesting and hardworking individuals, who can also work and collaborate successfully within a team environment. Client experience is at the heart of all we do, so having commitment to delivering exceptional client service is essential. Communication skills: The ability to communicate effectively, coherently and straightforwardly is essential, whether verbally or in writing.
