About the role

We are looking for a motivated Senior Legal Administrator (Client Care Leader) , to join our dynamic Litigation team in Cambridge. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to take the next step in their career, working on high-quality, complex Litigation matters within a reputable and growing firm

What this role would include

  • Leading the provision of all Client Care functions for their team, proactively identifying and prioritising work to meet deadlines, making informed decisions on the workloads and delegating appropriately to maintain an even and timely workflow/service.
  • In the absence of senior colleagues, proactively manage emails, telephone calls and other correspondence, dealing with requests, queries or enquiries.
  • Drafting, amending and typing letters, emails and other correspondence and updating internal case management system with contact information when required to maintain an accurate and complete client record.
  • Implementing and maintaining administrative procedures, regularly reviewing effectiveness and efficiency and managing any ongoing ad hoc projects when required.

What we are looking for

  • Prior experience as a legal adminstrator/secretary in litigation. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
