About the role

We are looking for an Associate Solicitorto join our dynamic Family team in Cambridge This is an exciting opportunity for someone to take the next step in their career, working on high net worth Family matters within a reputable and growing firm. 

What this role would include

  • Managing a diverse caseload of family law matters under appropriate supervision.
  • Delivering high-quality, proactive legal advice tailored to client needs.
  • Meeting individual fee targets while supporting the team in achieving theirs.
  • Effectively managing time to support systems like time recording, billing, cash flow, and overall profitability.
  • Actively contributing to the firm’s marketing efforts by participating in events, networking, seminars, and creating marketing materials.

What we are looking for

  • A qualified solicitor in England and Wales with 5+ years of PQE in Family Law

Experience handling a range of family law cases, such as:

  • Divorce and separation.
  • Financial disputes and settlements.
  • Child arrangements (custody, visitation, etc.).
  • Prenuptial and postnuptial agreements.
  • Domestic abuse cases.
