As the backbone of our organisation, the central services team plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our firm's daily operations. Our approach is all about putting the client at the centre of the process and making sure the right person has access to the files at the right time; this enables the people in the central services team to proactively support the client throughout their case.
Our systems have been transformed in recent years, into an ultra-modern system with state-of-the-art technology, complemented by modern, efficient ways of working. Central Services team members deliver essential administrative tasks and find ways to continually streamline processes. Exceptional multi-tasking skills and a proactive approach are instrumental in optimising workflow and enhancing productivity across the firm. We have a new and exciting opportunity at Tees for an Administration Assistant (Central Administration Coordinator) to join our Central Services Team in our Bishop’s Stortford office with occasional travel to our Cambridge and Chelmsford offices to provide additional administration cover.
This role offers the unique opportunity to work alongside our legal teams, whilst also liaising closely with our central services team, managing central administration tasks for the legal functions. This role is key in ensuring a seamless service to our clients, through providing exceptional administration support between two crucial teams.
As a Central Administration Coordinator, some of your main duties will include:
- Working closely with central team colleagues to manage central admin task requests.
- Handling of hard copy post, labelling of scanning and uploading electronic documents to Peppermint.
- Assisting client care and welcome teams in managing archiving requests.
- Managing electronic documents sent from external parties.
- Providing exceptional and proactive administration support to legal teams.
The ideal candidate for this role will preferably have experience working in a legal or professional services environment.
