About the role

We are looking for a motivated Associate Solicitor to join our dynamic Medical Negligence team in Chelmsford. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to take the next step in their career, working on complex medical negligence matters within a reputable and growing firm.

 

What this role would include

  • Responsibility for managing a complex caseload of client matters with limited supervision
  • Achieve the firm’s fee targets and assisting and enabling others in the team to do so by mentoring and developing junior members of the team. 

  • Deliver legal services in a manner which is cost-efficient for both the client and the firm. Using technology to enhance performance.

 

What we are looking for

  • Proven track record in delivering successful outcomes in relation to complex medical negligence work

  • Can demonstrate strong commercial awareness and acumen. 

  • Have detailed knowledge and understanding of relevant case law and legislation, rules of procedure and rules of professional conduct.
